An Online Interactive Session

Please Join Us to Learn How to Connect with the QMNC Platform

Dates:
Event 1: 7 August 2023
Event 2: 21 August 2023

Strong collaborative networks can super power the capacity of research to inform quality care for birthing families.

The Quality Maternal & Newborn Care (QMNC) Research Alliance is a global research network that fosters research collaboration, using the 2014 Lancet Series on Midwifery as its call to action.

This online workshop is designed to orient midwifery researchers (or future researchers), especially those in the global south, to connect, collaborate, and develop capacity in research to improve maternal and newborn health outcomes.

During this interactive workshop, participants will:

  • Get oriented to the QMNC mission, values, and strategic plan.
  • Get oriented to the QMNC website, which is designed to foster connections within QMNC’s research priorities and across regions.
  • Connect with leaders of the Alliance, who will work with participants to explore their current research experience and alignment with the QMNC research priorities.

We invite you to join us for this online workshop and share this information with your colleagues and networks.

Additional information to follow.

If you are having any difficulties, please reach out to our Community Manager, Jodine Chase.
